Hey yall.
It's been awhile.
July just flew by and it's AUGUST.

July flew by so fast because it mainly consisted of a few days of waiting to go BKK, a few days in BKK, another few days of redrawals and then BAM July 2015 left us.

My BKK trip was pretty fun, firstly because it was my first ever overseas trip with friends only (without parents) and secondly, I get to finally be the boss of myself in terms of what I want to eat and buy. It's kinda true that when sg kids like us go to BKK, we can spend like Kings and Queens. The stuff they sell are relatively cheap which is great for us poor students from sg. We went to those usual places that most tourists f
rom sg will visit like the platinum mall, chatuchak weekend market etc.
I think that those places are kinda overated.
Before I went to BKK, I did some research on those places. Like the Platinum shopping mall, I heard that the stuff available there are good quality yet super cheap,which is only true if your clothing style is that certain type. When I was there, I only found a handful of shops that I like despite that gigantic mall filled with shops that you can get lost in and the clothes that i bought are not exactly good quality nor super cheap. Therefore before you go BKK's platinum mall thinking that Wah Good quality and cheap clothes, take note that not all the clothes there suits your style. But you will definitely find something you like there :) For chatuchak, because for my trip, we went to the chatuchak weekend market on the 2nd last day so I kept telling myself that it's okay to not buy this now, I can just go Chatuchak and check out how much they sell it there and buy from whoever is selling it cheaper. I was partially wrong, Chatuchak does not carry every single item you see throughout your trip. I think once you see something that you like, you should just cut as much price as possible and then get it because you never know if Chatuchak or other places you visiting later will have them and also if you will be able to come back to purchase the item you want after comparing the price at another place.

I've learnt that, we should get something at the price we feel it is worth instead of how cheap it can be.

August is most likely going to fly by quickly too I feel because school may start this month. WHY 'MAY' START this month leh. Because must see result HAHA. I won't get into that but basically school is starting. I'm more than happy to start school because (can't believe I'm gonna type it but...) I MISS SCHOOL. There, I wrote it. I'm genuinely missing school because I want to study and learn new things like I'm supposed to. Being home and not being able to do productive things is driving me nuts. Makes me feel really lost in life and even though I should be happy about it but 3-4 months break is really too long.(Walao,break long also can complain) But it's really kinda long, first few months still pretty Shiok can relax and do everyth I couldn't during school days but after awhile it got really tasteless and boring. Maybe I'm just someone that gets bored easily but still, I wouldn't mind going school for some activities once in awhile. Like in this whole break, I have zero connection with my school, like I'm totally not schooling anymore LOL. So I've decided to join CCA but I've yet to decide which CCA though. HANDBALL VS BADMINTON VS DANCE. Gonna try out handball next Mon so wish me luck :)
